This Refund and Return Policy is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and hassle-free process should you need to return an item.

1. Return Eligibility

Standard Products

The following conditions apply to returns of standard (non-customized) products:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Custom-Designed Products

For custom-designed apparel with personalized graphics, text, or designs:

  • We accept returns only if the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Design errors that match your approved proof are not eligible for returns
  • Color variations within standard printing tolerances are not considered defects
  • Size exchanges may be available (see Exchange Policy below)

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Promotional items received with discount codes over 40% off
  • Underwear, swimwear, and face masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

2. Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within the eligible return period
  2. Include Essential Information:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of any damage or defects (if applicable)
  3. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging if possible
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns to ensure your items reach us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection Period: 2-3 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund Processing: 1-2 business days after approval
  • Financial Institution Processing: 3-10 business days (varies by payment method)

Refund Methods

  • Credit Card Purchases: Refunded to the original credit card used for purchase
  • PayPal Purchases: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded via store credit or the original payment method when possible

Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Any taxes paid on the returned item(s)

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where:

  • We shipped an incorrect item
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • Local consumer protection laws require shipping refunds

4. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or prefer a different color of the same item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above, but request an exchange instead of a refund
  2. Specify the size/color you would like to receive instead
  3. For size exchanges of custom designs, a $5 reprinting fee may apply

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item
  2. Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  3. Provide your order number and contact information

For damaged or defective items, we offer:

  • Free replacement (if item is in stock)
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Store credit with a 10% bonus value

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (refunds can sometimes take time to post)
  • Email us at [email protected] for assistance tracking your refund

7. Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases of:

  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Orders protected by specific promotional return shipping offers

Prepaid Return Labels

In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. If provided, the cost of this label (typically $7.95) will be deducted from your refund amount.

8. Exchanges and Store Credit

As an alternative to refunds, we offer:

Store Credit

  • Includes full purchase value of returned items
  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Can be used on any product on our website
  • Store credit refunds are processed faster than payment reversals

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges of the same style:

  • No additional shipping charge for domestic exchanges
  • International exchanges may incur additional shipping fees

9. Holiday Season Extended Returns

During the holiday shopping season (November 15 – December 25), our return policy is extended:

  • Items purchased during this period may be returned until January 31
  • All other standard return conditions still apply
  • Gift receipts are available for holiday purchases
